My career in real estate began in 1977 after my husband and I bought our first home from a For Sale By Owner. At that time, I decided that every Buyer is entitled to professional representation and that they should be aware of the pitfalls of trying to buy direct. Throughout the next 30 years, the real estate industry has changed significantly with additional laws of Agency and more complex paperwork, etc. My intention is to help a Buyer and/or a Seller reach their goal of a final settlement with the least amount of stress. I often work as a Dual Agent which affords my clients total upfront information to make negotiating more successful for both parties. I commit to staying in close contact with my clients with the good, bad and the ugly updates, before, during and after the sale. There is nothing worse than not hearing anything from your agent.
